Hi Dan,
Do you see any possible trademark infringement action on the part of Apple. They tried to take some legal action against some of the people who had licensed podcast names. I'm not sure where it went. I think they sent out some cease and desist letters. Smaller entities and companies decided to fold - I don't know if anyone had enough money to challenge and what the result was. Thanks

I would stay clear of any domain names that cause you to receive a letter from apple.. They own the trademark and any domain names that infringe on their trademark are trouble waiting to happen...
