I have it running on a lot of different sites, and the CTR is about 1%, but the sites also have AdSense running. I just tried to see if I could get a report of all the clicks and revenue for a single day, but they don't show you that, only daily totals.
The thing to remember about Auction Ads is that it's not a PPC, but an extension of the ebay affiliate program. This means you can get some lump sums for new ebay sign-ups, as well as sending someone that buys something on ebay. Daily income this month has ranged from $0 to $52, and it's not uncommon to see past days suddenly get an increased amount. I think this is due to people not buying things right away or the payment/commission process taking some time.
When I started it was about mid-month and I earned $40. Last month was $81 and I'm at $77 so far this month. I'm showing about 11k ads per day.
